Story & Circle Time

Every class begins and ends with circle time — children sit together as a teacher reads a picture book aloud, asks simple questions, and encourages each child to speak in front of the group. It's often a child's first experience of group listening and turn-taking, and by Prep, most students can retell a simple story in their own words.
