Withdrawals & Transfers
Our policy for leaving or transferring out of Al Qalam
Parents withdrawing a student must submit a written notice to the admissions office at least one month in advance. Fees are due in full for the notice period regardless of the student's last attendance date.
A School Leaving Certificate (SLC) is issued only after all outstanding dues — tuition, lab charges, and annual charges — are cleared and school property such as library books is returned.
Students transferring mid-year to another institution can request their academic records and SLC be prepared within 5 working days of a completed withdrawal request.
